How does a StepLadder Circle work?
Step 1 - We Match.
We match you to a Circle with other StepLadder Members, based on how much you would like to put towards your house deposit each month.
Step 2 - You Put in Money.
Each month, everyone in the Circle puts in the same amount of money and one Member is drawn randomly. The deposit money is released to your solicitor.
Step 3 - You Get Your Deposit.
This happens every month until each Member of the Circle is awarded their total goal, meaning 90% of Members achieve their deposit faster than raising money alone.
